Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

Brainoredu aims to ensure customer satisfaction through transparent and fair practices. Refunds, returns, or cancellations may be granted only in accordance with the terms outlined in this Policy and may vary depending on the type of product or service.

We reserve the right to amend or update this Policy at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.

2. Physical Products

  • Products may be eligible for return or replacement only in cases of:
    • damaged or defective items upon delivery
    • incorrect product shipped
    • manufacturing defects discovered upon receipt
  • Requests must be made within 2 days of delivery and must include proof of purchase and supporting documentation (e.g., photos of damage).
  • Returned products must:
    • be unused and in original packaging
    • include all accessories, manuals, and tags
    • be shipped back using an approved return method

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a Brainoredu error.

3. Digital Products, Online Courses & Downloads

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital products are final once access, download, or activation has been provided.

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • the product fails to function technically due to an issue attributable to Brainoredu
  • access to purchased content cannot be provided due to a platform failure
  • you were charged due to a verified billing error

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • change of mind
  • failure to meet system requirements
  • completion or partial completion of digital learning modules
  • user negligence

4. Subscription Services

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but cancellation applies to future billing cycles only.
  • No refunds are provided for:
    • unused access time
    • mid-cycle cancellation
    • auto-renew charges not canceled prior to renewal date

Users are responsible for managing subscription settings through their account dashboard.

5. Cancellation Before Shipping / Activation

If an order has not yet been processed, shipped, or digitally activated, cancellation may be permitted.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted promptly via info@brainoredu.com
  • Once an item is shipped, delivered, or activated, cancellation is no longer possible and standard return rules apply.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following purchases are not eligible for refund unless required by law:

  • digital licenses and downloads
  • completed online course modules
  • promotional or discounted products
  • customized or personalized items
  • expired access codes or vouchers

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Estimated timelines:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 7–14 business days
  • Online Payment Gateways: 3–10 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7–14 business days

Processing times may vary based on financial institutions.

Brainoredu is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or international transfers.

8. Return Shipping & Liability

  • Customers are responsible for safely packaging returned items.
  • We are not liable for loss or damage during return transit.
  • Tracking is recommended for all returned shipments.

9. Fraud & Policy Abuse

Brainoredu reserves the right to refuse refunds, returns, or replacements if misuse, fraud, exploitation, or policy abuse is suspected.
