  • Processing time typically takes 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Orders placed after business hours or during non-working days will be processed on the next working day.

Customers will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Shipping timelines vary based on destination, courier providers, and product type.

Once your order is dispatched:

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 days of purchase, please contact us.

If a courier is unable to deliver due to:

  • Failure to collect from pickup location

The order may be returned to us or held by the courier. Re-delivery or reshipping fees may apply.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Report the issue within 2 days of delivery
  • Provide photos and supporting evidence

If the shipment is confirmed lost by the courier, we will issue a replacement or refund based on policy eligibility.

Brainoredu is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

7. Restricted or Undeliverable Destinations

Shipping may not be available to regions restricted by logistics, international sanctions, or safety regulations.

Brainoredu reserves the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be shipped to the chosen location.

8. Changes to Shipping Details

Once the order has been processed or dispatched:

  • Changes to shipping address may not be possible.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information at checkout.

9. Order Cancellation Prior to Dispatch

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and may only be handled through our Return Policy.
